The film takes place one year after the events of the first movie. The Four Horsemen (Eisenberg, Ruffalo, Harrelson, and Andy Serkis) are recruited by a mysterious woman, Lula (Helena Bonham Carter), to pull off a massive heist. The team must use their unique skills and magic tricks to outsmart their enemies and stay one step ahead of the law.
