The movie begins with the introduction of three friends - Lucky (Ajay Devgn), Avinash (Arshad Warsi), and Chatur (Tusshar Kapoor) - who start a real estate business together. They soon find themselves in a series of troubles when they try to make a profit from a plot of land. The situation becomes more complicated when a fourth friend, Sameer (Shreyas Talpade), gets involved in their business.
