CDEGS (Current Distribution, Electromagnetic Fields, Grounding, and Soil) software is a widely used tool for designing and analyzing electrical grounding systems, electromagnetic field calculations, and soil resistivity measurements. However, the high cost of the software can be a significant burden for many organizations, leading some to consider using cracked versions. This paper examines the costs of CDEGS software and the risks and consequences associated with using cracked versions.
