The movie revolves around four friends - Roshan (Mohanlal), Manu (Dulquer Salmaan), Ayman (Nivin Pauly), and Arjun (Vijay Babu) - who are brought together by a mobile app for a recreational game. The four strangers, all with their own set of problems, decide to play a game of "Truth or Dare" through a mobile app. As the game progresses, they start to experience a series of unexpected events that challenge their relationships, trust, and friendships.
